Our final day on the Disney Fantasy was a Castaway Cay day!!!! Castaway is amazing! Disney really outdid themselves when they created Castaway Cay (which is pronounced “key”…so if you ever book a Disney Cruise through me, you will know the correct way to pronounce it). It’s always exciting watching the ship come into the port.
We have been so lucky to have gone on several Disney Cruises before this one, so this was not our first time at Castaway. After we got off the ship, we saw Donald!
Then, we took the tram and headed towards the Pelican Point area to find a place to put our things down.
We like to rent bikes while we are at Castaway and explore the bike trails on the island. The bike trails take you to the old airstrip and then to the lookout tower where you can see a lot of the island.
After we left the lookout tower, we rode over passed Serenity Bay (which is the adult-only are of Castaway Cay) and on to another viewing area of the ocean.

After we returned our bikes, we were back at Pelican Point. The slide area at Pelican Point is a lot of fun!
I love all the details around this area:
After a yummy lunch at Cookies BBQ, we decided we would go back to the ship so we could enjoy the AquaDuck and pool deck without many people.
On our way back to the ship, we saw Mickey catching a ride!
We had a great last night on the ship. It’s always a little sad to say goodbye to the servers that you get to know at dinner and the stateroom attendant. I can’t wait until we get the chance to go back on another Disney Cruise!
