I recently had the privilege of staying at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. During my stay, I was able to experience staying in a regular guest room building as well as a Club Level building. This resort definitely gives its guests a front-row seat to the Magic Kingdom! It is a Magic Kingdom Deluxe Resort that is on the Monorail and only one stop from the Magic Kingdom!
The Grand Floridian is a Victorian-inspired resort with modern-day sophistication. It is a truly beautiful resort inside and around the grounds. When you walk in, you are greeted by a beautiful lobby with a live orchestra in the lobby.
The Grand Floridian is home to several restaurants. Those include Disney Character Dining at Supercalifragilistic Breakfast at 1900 Park Fare and Cinderella’s Happily Ever After Dinner at 1900 Park Fare. Both of these are all-youcare-to-enjoy buffets. There is also table-service dining at The Grand Floridian Cafe. If you are looking for a Signature Dining Experience, there are three restaurants to chose from. Cítricos, Narcoosee’s and Victoria and Albert’s. There are also a few quick-service restaurant options.
If you are staying at the Grand Floridian, there are several room categories you can chose from. These are anything from Garden View Rooms in an outer building to Theme Park View Rooms to Club Level and Suites. During my recent trip, I stayed in rooms in Big Pine Key and SugarLoaf (which is a Club Level outer building).
The outdoor recreation at The Grand Floridian is amazing too! The pools and water features are great!
The Grand Floridian has so much to offer guests. If you are looking for a place to go to relax after a day in the theme parks, the Grand Floridian also offers Senses Spa.
