It’s Raining, Now What?

No one ever wants to look at the weather forecast and see rainy days while they are on vacation at Disney World. However, when this happens, know that your day is not ruined. First, if you see rain in the forecast, the chance of it being an all-day rain is slim. In the summer, it isn’t a typical day unless it rains in the afternoon. The typical summer storm usually lasts for a short period […]

What to pack in your Disney Park Bag

When you are preparing for your day at one of the theme parks at Disney World or Disneyland, you want to make sure you have essentials with you.  Some people don’t like carrying a bag into the Disney parks because they don’t want to go through the bag check line.  Others feel they need to pack everything with them.  I am right in the middle.  There are some days when I go to a park […]

Happy Villaintine’s Day!

Today, Feb. 13, is Villaintine’s Day!  I thought I would post a few fun photos from when the Magical Vacations team went to Disney World this past November and went to Club Villain at Hollywood Studios.  So Much Fun!! And a few selfies with the Queen of Hearts…I think I ended up with at least 12-16 selfies with her.  Again…so much fun!  After this night, she became my absolute favorite villain.

Disney World and Older Kids

We started going to Disney World when my kids were 3 years old.  They are now almost 13 and the way we travel around Disney World has definitely changed.  Some people think that Disney World is only for families with young kids and once their kids are older, that they need to start looking for new vacation destinations…that there isn’t enough to keep a tween or teen occupied.  But, there is so much tweens and […]
